The promotion is valid for all seasonable fashion and basic items in a single receipt.
- E-voucher will only be issued after 10 days of your purchase. An email will be sent to customer.
- E-voucher would be valid for 2 months from date of issue.
- The e-voucher is non-transferable and will be linked to the customer's account.
- E-voucher can only be used for online purchases (Fendi, Moncler, Jellycat and Christofle are excluded) and would not be accepted/usable at the physical retail outlets.
- Returns on full price items, if any, are accepted at our Kids21 Forum or Dempsey store (depending on purchase send out). A refund, if any, will be made via online store credit - except for damaged items.
- Strictly no refund on Sale items.
