How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight, destination and mode of delivery of your items.
Shipping charges will be reflected upon checking out your cart.
Do you offer same-day delivery? How long does the delivery take?
We do not offer same day delivery.
Your order will be packed and shipped out once your credit card details have been approved, the delivery address has been verified within 1-2 business days.
Upon shipping out, depending on distance, the courier may take a few days to a couple of weeks to deliver your order, undetermined by us.
Do you provide international shipping to locations outside of Singapore?
Yes we ship internationally to all countries for orders made in this online store.
Please visit our Malaysia and Hong Kong stores if you fancy faster delivery and local services if you purchasing items from and shipping to addresses within these two countries.
Selection of goods may be differ for each of the online stores.
How much tax do I have to pay?
Depending on the total purchase price and delivery destination of your order, taxes payable will vary. This will be reflected when you’re checking out.
Please note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or other fees associated with purchases delivered from overseas as these are not included nor covered in our shipping costs. As a matter of policy and biding by the law, we will not mark packages as ‘gifts’.
Do you offer gift messaging?
Include a personal message with each gift wrap at no charge. Simply type your message in the gift message window after selecting your gift wrapping option.
Alternatively, you may opt to include a gift message without adding a gift wrap.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return sale items?
No. We do not accept returns of Sale items
How do I return an item?
Request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) within ten (10) days of receiving your order. To request a RMA simply visit the “My Account” section of the website, choose “Online Orders” and select the Order for which you wish to make a return. Select the item(s) and the reason for your return. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return, and an email with the approved RMA number will be sent to you with necessary shipping and customs documentation. Print all received documentation and contact the outlined courier for collection.
How long do I have to return an item?
You must request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of your original order. Collection must be made within (14) fourteen days of receiving your order.
Can I return an item to a Kids 21 Store?
We are currently only able to accept returns of Kids21 SG purchases at the following selected stores:

Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept or process exchanges. Please return your original purchase and place a separate order for an alternative product.

Kids21 was established in Singapore in 1997 and represents over 120 luxury children’s wear brands across 6 multi-label stores regionally and online at kids21.com shipping globally. Our products are 100% genuine and direct from the designers.
Do you offer the same merchandise online as in store
Kids21.com offers a collection of babies, kids and teens' fashion luxury items. The assortment is edited by our team of buyers and stylists for the online shopper. Some products may be found in our stores while some are exclusive to the online store.
