How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our shipping charges vary depending on the size, weight, destination and mode of delivery of your items.
Shipping charges will be reflected upon checking out your cart.
Receive free delivery for local orders over SGD60 or USD150 for international orders. T&Cs Apply.
We do not ship bulky, fragile or odd-shaped items overseas, do check with our customer service if you have any query on this.
Do you offer same-day delivery? How long does the delivery take?
We do not offer same day delivery. If you need your order to be sent urgently, please reach out to our customer service over Whatsapp.
Your order will be consolidated, packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. If the delivery address is inaccurate, we will verify with you within 1-2 business days.
Upon shipping out, the courier may take 2-5 business days for local delivery within Singapore. For international delivery, it may take 3-10 business days, depending on distance.
During our End of Season sales period, we will need an additional 3-5 days to process your order due to the expected surge.
Do you provide international shipping to locations outside of Singapore?
Yes we ship internationally to all countries for orders made on this online store.
Do visit our Malaysia and Hong Kong physical stores if you require faster delivery and local services, if you are purchasing items from and shipping to addresses within these two countries.
Selection of goods may differ between our physical stores and online store.
How much tax do I have to pay?
Depending on the total purchase amount and delivery destination of your order, taxes payable will vary. Our appointed courier service will reach out to you for taxes and duties payable outside of Singapore.
Do note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or other fees associated with purchases delivered out of Singapore as these are not included nor covered in our shipping costs. As a matter of policy and biding by the law, we will not mark packages as ‘gifts’.
Do you offer gift messaging?
Include a gift message by simply filling out the ‘Add a note for the seller’ window under the add to cart page. We will include a complimentary gift card along with your order.
If you purchase a gift wrap at SGD5, you can include a gift message along. Simply type your message in the ‘Add a note for the seller’ window under the add to cart page.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return sale items?
No. We do not accept returns of Sale items
How do I return an item?
Email beekeeper@kids21.com to request a return within ten (10) days of receiving your original order. Let us know the reason for your return and we will advise you on further steps. Return is only applicable to full price purchased items in original selling condition with brand tags unremoved.
How long do I have to return an item?
You must request a return within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of your original order. Collection of return must be made within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
Can I return an item to a Kids 21 Store?
We are currently only able to accept returns of Kids21 Singapore purchases at the following selected stores:

- Kids 21 Forum
- Kids 21 Marina Bay Sands
