How to Start a Return or Cancel an Order
For any return of full price item/s, please fill up the Return Merchandise Authorisation (“RMA”) form within ten (10) days of receiving your order. Drop an email to us and print the RMA form to include together with the returned item/s.
For any order cancellation or discovery of product fault, please take photos and drop us an email.
We do not accept return of sale/discounted items.
